PTi – Program transfer
The quality of PTi lies in the different evaluation periods and the feedback from various observer groups: before, directly and 6-12 months after completion of the activity, the current status of the employee is measured with regard to various competence criteria. PTi is thereby able to record the development of the employees based on the program attendance. The focus should not be on employee evaluation but on a measurement of the quality of the program.
The questionnaire is generated from an established library, with individualisation developed with the company.
Pti is suited to larger training initiatives, such as sales training or leadership development, consisting of more modules over at least 6 months. The most profound conclusions are provided by the combination of PTi (to measure the effectiveness of the program) & STi (providing feedback about the quality of the individual modules).
